Giving a customer their first library card:

And it’s extra rewarding when they get excited about it. It sometimes reminds me of Lucy’s reaction when she opens the wardrobe to Narnia the first time, or when Charlie pulls back the wrapper and sees the golden ticket.

It definitely makes my day 100% better.
